Most FF heroines that are the caring type never get any credit, rather getting the title of weak or bland or whatever other bullshit. Because if you are not Lightning -a guy with boobs- you can’t be bad ass.
And let’s not even talk about the slut shaming Tifa gets, because everbody knows that big boobs = slut.It never fails to amaze me that the characters with the largest breasts are those that receive the worst slut shame. It seems that the characters with big tits, Tifa, Lulu, Fran, etc, all end up treated as gutter whores found in some low-rent brothel. Never mind the fact that breasts are a maternal symbol, something to be respected and admired because of their roles in nourishing life. The breast-to-caring ratio exists in these characters for a symbolic reason, right? No, they’re sluts because they expose their bodies. They deserve all that shame, after all! They’re nothing more than tits! Their personalities and roles within their respective stories mean nothing!

There is a reason I cosplay her. And it’s not just sex appeal. She’s a wonderful character.
